Both of our lives changed on a perfect summer day in San Diego, July 2010…We were set up on a
blind date by our dear friends, Scott and Jaclyn Burrage. What was planned to be a casual lunch
date, quickly turned into a six hour “getting to know you session”, which later progressed
into three additional dates in five short days. Soon after that, and without hesitation,
we were officially a couple. Meeting friends and family and traveling together was a natural
progression for us love birds. Some of our favorite memories include Thanksgiving with
Gary’s family, home cooked Arabic meals at The Khoury’s…travels to Italy, Mexico,
and weekend road trips with friends.
Was it love at first sight? Absolutely. Gary proposed after seven amazing months
at The Poseidon; the very same place we had met for the first time.
Together, we have enhanced each other’s lives, basing our
relationship on happiness, respect, support, and true love.
Our journey has only just begun, and on Saturday,
September 3, 2011, we will exchange
vows and happily spend the rest
of our lives together.
